Problems downgarding from 04.08.03
(Ireland)
Incorrect module was installed in error. I followed the downgrade solutions here;
KBA-01069-RPN75K (
http://www.interactivewebs.com.au/Help/KnowledgeBase/tabid/1585/Default.aspx
)
But when i do this I get the following error.
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Invalid object name 'desktopmodules'. at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection) at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.ThrowExceptionAndWarning(TdsParserStateObject stateObj) at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.Run(RunBehavior runBehavior, SqlCommand cmdHandler, SqlDataReader dataStream, BulkCopySimpleResultSet bulkCopyHandler, TdsParserStateObject stateObj) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.RunExecuteNonQueryTds(String methodName, Boolean async) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.InternalExecuteNonQuery(DbAsyncResult result, String methodName, Boolean sendToPipe) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.ExecuteNonQuery() at DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider.ExecuteADOScript(String SQL) at DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider.ExecuteScript(String Script, Boolean UseTransactions) update desktopmodules set version = '04.08.01' where friendlyname = 'Text/HTML'
Any help would be great

Sorry for the delay in answering this, it appears that the person monitoring our forums totally missed this link.
We have a new package that explains in some more details about the install process. The manul talks about reversing errors like this. Additionally we have some help on our Knowledge Base Articles. Please be sure to check them out, but the method of getting the database to think it is at an earlier release, then reinstalling the module is listed in there.
