Upgrading to 5.5.1 using the latest build
(Israel)
On upgrading to 5.5.1 from 4.9.4 Advance Login has stopped working. Here's what we get:
A critical error has occurred.
You have been redirected to this default Login Page because the Login Page set for this website does not contain a valid DotNetNuke Account Login module, or the permissions have not been set correctly.
Nothing in error log.
Was working OK on 49x so it must be 5.5.1 that broke it.

That one is covered in our manual. It is because DNN 5 checks if the default login module is on the page (even in admin view only). So read the manual for clear understanding,
But the short of it is to add the default login module to your login page, and make is visible to administrators only.
