Customising the "Failure sending mail" error message
(Australia)
Feedback on my site about the error message "Failure sending mail" displayed by advanced login when an invalid email address is entered is that this is not intuitive for users.
How can I customise this error message to make it less cryptic and more informative for users? Perhaps something along the lines of
"We were unable to establish that the email address is valid. Please check that you have entred the address correctly and try again."
or
"Your email server has advised that this is an invalid email address or is not available. Please check the email address and confirm that your email server is available. Unless we can validate yoru email address, we regret that we cannot register you with our website. Please contact our webmaster at ... if you wish to query this."

This can be modified under the DNN language settings for the module. Our module conforms to standard DNN localization methods, that allow all the language and default test to be modified.
