Not working from 127.0.0.1

I have an app that is associated with TW and FB and I needed to use 127.0.0.1 for different reasons. That is basically localhost. However I cannot get the Adv Login to use that as it says something about an expired license. can that be adjusted?

Every sub-domain you use requires a license. We can generate a license file for you to use, if you site is not connected to the net, but you will need to purchase a license for us to match against. Please contact us from our website contact us page, and provide details of the license and the exact sub-domain to be used in the browser to access.
Remember there is a difference between http://localhost
and https://127.0.0.1
