Move Feedback Designer from a dev site to production
(United States)
Hello, I purchsased the feedback designer and have tested with it on a intranet dev site. I am ready to move into production but it asks for a activation key.
Do i have to purchase this again for our production site?
also what if i need to move website to a new server, i should not have to purchase a new key to use this module on the same site but moving from one server to another

Hi t
(Australia)
Hi there.
As per this link, from the help icon in the activation screen:
http://www.interactivewebs.com/Suppor...
We suggest that dev work is done in the trial mode, and that activation is reserved for the final domain.
You can move to a new sub domain here:
http://www.interactivewebs.com/Suppor...
So you should use that now to more to the final location.

Sort of. If it is a test site, then yes, but if it is a site waiting in the wings to be put into play with the same domain, then no. As the instance you hit the module with the active domain, it will auto generate a license file and work in activated mode. BUT. only in that registered domain, you cannot activate then revert to another domain and see it work.
