Hi David,

Is there a way to have an incremental serial number applied to a form response? My client would like to have a serial number assigned to each piece of received correspondence.

No there is not, but this is a good idea. We will look to add this in the future.

We to have integration between this and Microsoft CRM 2011. If your client is serious about tracking we can assist him with a CRM integration.
