Issues with GMail as email address domain??
(United States)
We ran across an issue today that seems really strange. When a user has the domain of gmail.com, the Feedback form fails to send the form to the "to" in the module configuration.
Is there a way to see the full error message from the SMTP server? Right now we just get a generic: "There is a problem with the configuration of your SMTP Server. Mail was not sent."
It might be an issue with GoDaddy's relay service - but I'd like to get the real error message before contact them.
Thanks

Sorry for the late reply, we missed this one in email for some reason.
This sounds like an SMTP authentication issue, or a blacklist issue.
1. If you are not correctly authenticated in your SMTP server, then you will be able to send email hosted by that server or trusted by that server (i,e. to you), but no others. Gmail / hotmail etc will fail.
2. If you have a blacklist, gmail may be not accepting email from your websites's IP address, or your SMTP server IP address. You can send a test to yourself, then look at the email properties to discover the IP addresses, then use "MX Toolbox" and "Baracooda" to check for blacklisting.
