Form not sending Results to Specified Recipient

Until December 31, 2012 the form worked properly. We have used this form for several years with no trouble. Since December 31st, the form will not deliver the results to the "Send Email To: " specified recipient.
The form will email the the visitor their confirmation email and will also send them a copy of the form results they submitted.
As stated before, the form worked just fine until December 31, 2012.
We have upgraded the Feedback Designer to the latest version but still no results.
Could you offer a solution?

Not really. Nothing in our code that could do this.
What else changed on your site, or hosting, or SMTP services around that time?
My guess would be SMTP services.
