The module should not be valid at this moment
(United Kingdom)
We have 2 registered copies of Feedback Designer on 2 different portals hosted on the same DNN install. Just recently, all forms on both domains have started to display the following error message:
The module should not be valid at this moment
The message is located under the title before the form starts.
The form still functions correctly.
The software is registered.
No changes have been made to the DNN install.
Why is this happening.

This could have happened if your webserver has lost connectivity to the internet. As we discussed on the phone, if you solve this you will remove the error. This is the report fromt the module saying it could not connect to our security server.

We have the same problem, unfortunately our Live servers have firewalls preventing any HTTP connection to other servers. Can you give us the URL for your security server so I can open a port? you can email me at
panchals@nordyne.com
if you wish.
