Import doesn't work correctly
(United States)
I'm using Bulk Emailer 45.05.48
When I import from a csv file the first name goes into the LastName feild
The last name goes to the Display Name field
The display name is not imported
The email does import into the email field.
All field names are specified as you have them in your documentation:
Email
Firstname
LastName
DisplayName
What do we need to do to get this to import properly?
Thanks much.

First up, please always update to the latest version.
Second, please use the example .csv template as the building block of your import. We have included this in the download package as an example file. Start with that file, and add your data using that template.
That should get you our of trouble.

Hi, I am having the same issue. You have included a sample .xls file with the installer. I saved it as a .csv (because the xls import does not work on my server) and the result is the same as with my other .csv import attempts - the last name goes into the DisplayName and the first name goes into the lastname, the display name is left blank. I have downloaded the version of the Bulk Emailer yesterday from your site... Please advise.

We are updating the list management and import code today with some new technology. Expect a release soon that should completely overhaul this feature.

Hi, I saw the new release of the module. Thank you for the quick turnaround!
Two issues: I am unable to install the module due to this installation error (I am using the x64 version): Failure File specified in the dnn could not be found in the zip file: - C:\Projects\Filipp\yts_web\Install\Temp\mf2gchxi\temp.txt
And the link you have provided in the Readme file - http://www.interactivewebs.com.au/DesktopModules/iCRMKnowledgeBase/ViewArticle.aspx?id=58&ModuleID=2349 is not valid.
Thank you!
