Yahoo recipients receive blank email when sending email via MS Word option
(Australia)
Hi.
I have a problem with email recipients who have Yahoo or 7mail accounts receiving blank emails when the orgininating email was generated from an MS Word file. As a possible fix I changed the utf encoding from 8 to 7 in the Edit Bulk Emailer Settings area but the problem still existed, and then I discovered that the Bulk Emailer by default sends all MS Word emails via utf-8 encoding anyway. These recipients can receive emails sent via the html or plain (basic) text option, but I'd like the MS Word option to work as the emails are generated by office staff who could not be expected to learn and manage sending emails via the html option.
Thanks.

Actually there is no way to make the word technology work with a reader that does not support it. It is a Microsoft standard.and not 100% supported. I suggest you use HTML emails in this case.
