Hello, I get an error if i try to attach a file (new interface). If I click on "Send A Bulk Email > Additional Options > File Attachment" a new window opens and a little popup appears with "Error - Unable to connect to backend"
In the old interface it seems to be OK.

It's the end of 2016 and Interactive Webs still has not fixed this issue. I'm glad I found this post though... just activated the old interface and it's working.

That is beast there is nothing to fix. The error relates to conflict at your end. But we will take a look at the support ticket raised.
