this might be a Hotmail issue, but im not sure. it needs investigating.

if I create a word document with text and images inside as a newsletter. and then upload to my website. create a campaign and select MS Word Email from the options and point it at my word document. and send it to myself either as a preview or in an actual campaign. when I send it to a Hotmail address the images won't display.

they just come up with blank boxes. Ive clicked Show Content etc so it's not security or anything. its not a case of them not being visible, its more that they're not 'Viewable'. subtle difference.

when I right click the image and go to properties the URL is: http://bulkemailer$id$1/

that's not a valid URL to my image.

what can I do?
