SMTP versus Host
(United States)
I have set up the EMailer to send mail through our Mail server (using SMTP Lists and Fallover) and it works
part of the time
.
It will send out several notices through the correct SMTP mail server IP, then for no apparent reason, it switches to the host IP, which only sends internally.
Once it switches to the host, it continues to use that IP and I have to go in and do a "Test" on the outgoing IP address (sometimes several "tests" ) and then that IP will kick in again.
This is bad because my folks think the notice has gone out as they receive a copy when infact, no notices have gone outside our organization.
Is there a way to keep the Bulk Emailer from rolling over to the host IP?
Thanks.

Thanks for the question. It sounds a little strange to us, and we would like to take a look at the settings you have. Can you contact us with a host login via our "contact us page" and reference this thread in your contact please.

I have upgraded and will wait a bit to see if this issue has resolved itself.
Thanks.
