Hi guys,
we are running DNN 4.9.1 and have just upgraded to:-

1. Upgraded Bulk Emailer 45.05.77 to 45.05.88
2. Upgraded Opt-in 45.05.15 to 45.05.17

We cannot get back to the main menu after clicking on new bulk email.
