Emails no activity and not sending out

Hi, I have tried about a dozen times and also with different mail servers to send out email and nothing seems to happen. I receive an email to the host account saying Bulk Emal Started but when I check the campaign status after about sometime, it is still at 0%. I tested my SMTP servers and they all passed and checked the Scheduler to check when the process is started, which passed and nothing happened. I currently only have one scheduled item which is 'iwebs.Modules.BulkEmailer.ThumbnailSchedule, App_SubCode_BulkEmailerSchedule' and have seen other forums where there are two, am not sure if this is the cause. I am using version 45.5.68. I also tried forcing the schedule to excute the process to run. Can someone assist me to steps I can take to get my mail moving as it is already overdue? Thank you

Hi,
Please use the contact us page to send us a host login account details. Be sure to reference this post. We will take a look.
Include your SMTP server authentication details.
Although you said you tried SMTP servers. It does sound like the module does not have the authority to send, or the scheduler process is blocked and not running for some reason.

We looked into this one. There were a few issues that we fixed with server performance being an issue and the SQL vs Web server date time.
Got things going in the end, and identified a way to reprogram our module to better handle time / dates on server that have not been correctly set. We will release an update soon.
