image upload error  (India)

We try to Upload external image but its shows "unable to connect to backend"
how can overcome this error

First up, ensure you have the latest release. If you do, then please lodge a support ticket with us. Provide host login so we can take a look at what is going on.

This is a problem to do with the MVC 2 missing on new web servers. We are going to release a new version soon to fix this.
