Bulk emailer issue on delivery  (India)
 When we added our email account in SMTP server of bulk emailer admin settings, it crashed our email account.

For example:
My work e-mail and all of my colleagues at email are not receiving the newsletter. This is an issue that needs to be fixed.
Also, for every person on the newsletter subscriber list, we get a delivery notification called ' delivery failure' but we now that the people are receiving the e-mails. This is really annoying to have on our e-mail account. Why does this happen?
Also, how many hours does it take for the newsletter to be sent out to the whole subscriber list?

Please let us know how to fix this SMTP issue.

It sounds as though you have entered an email SMTP setting that does not have SMTP relay authority correctly with the details entered. This way the email message is not able to be relayed. 

I am guessing the delivery failure messages you are receiving are saying as much. It could be something as simple as an authentication typo, or invalid settings that do not have relay permissions but test valid for other reasons. Check the documentation on SMTP problems. It is extensive.

we are using the same authentication details as dnn site.so, why should it work on dnn and not the bulkemailer module. when we use any mail id in bulk emailer module, first time it is working fine, it is getting corrupted after some time. If your DNN site settings are sending to a host address for testing that is in the same SMTP server, then there is no authentication required. This gives a false test and often tricks users. Be sure that your host email address can be say a Gmail account and the SMTP test from DNN will send to that account.
