Contacts are not synced from Outlook back to your website

When you create a relationship between your website and Outlook, and then modify a contact in outlook, the data is not synchronised back to your website.


Check if you are using antivirus programs that could be blocking communications to your website. Most advanced antivirus solutions try to block this type of communications, but programs such as NOD32 will allow you to specify an allowed domain to communicate with. Ensure that your website is entered  as 'Allowed'.

Additional Comments
Just about every recent type of antivirus application will allow you to exclude some domains from being blocked. Check with the AV program creator for exactly how to achieve this.
