The module should not be valid at this moment
(New Zealand)
I have purchased, downloaded and installed Silverlight Media Library 4.0. After adding the module to a page I am getting the following message:
The module should not be valid at this moment.
Microsoft Silverlight has not been installed on the web server. Please see the documentation at this address for information on
configuring a webserver for Microsoft Silverlight.
I am running Windows Server 2008 R2 with IIS 7.5. All the MIME types (.xap, .xbap, .xaml) are already added and still not working.
Am I doing something wrong?

Please ensure you have the latest version installed. Currently 45.06.18 and can be obtained from our module downloads section.
Please also ensure you have SLVideoLibrary.xap in your DesktopModules\SilverlightVideoLibrary our of interest.

My Current Version is :45.06.18
The SLVideoLibarary.xap is in the DesktopModules/SilverlightVideoLibrary folder.
I can successfully run a different silverlight video module from another provider but I would prefer to use yours.
Any help in this regard would be much appreciated.

Hi Ashly,
Please upgrade to version 45.06.21 found in our module downloads section. This should resolve your issue.

Hi There,
I have installed the latest version (45.06.21) but I am still experiencing a small problem.I can upload and play videos perfectly, however, I am still getting the message "The module should not be valid at this moment" in red above the media player. This is visible to everyone regardless of whether they are administrators or not.
