Auto Reply Email problem
(United States)
I am having a problem with the text\html editor in the auto repay email section of the module. I have som html written up in a seperate file that I copy and paste into the editor. Whenever I paste it in a preview it, it looks fine. After I save what I have done and come back to the editor my html has been cut off. The editor does this every time in the same place. Is the editor limited to the number of characters you can enter?

Actually the HTML editor is not a function of our module. This is a function of the DNN setting you are using.
For example, we are using the Cute Editor HTML edittor in this website. When you create a message in the forum, you are using that editor. I know the problem of cliping HTML is something that we experience with the Cute editor, especially when we are using the template feature for email emssages. So I know what you are talking about.
I can suggest you try "not previewing" your code. In the Cute Editor, this makes all the difference. Just use the HTM view to paste the code and update.
See how that work.
Otherwise I can suggest that you try a different HTML ediotr. What one are you using by the way?
