Bounce list - help me understand
(Norway)
I have a customer who wants to send BulkMails to his customers. He wants to use his company mail address as "from adress" e.g.
mail@company.com.
He still wants the system to find the messages that bounce.
As far as I understand the Bulk Mail module, he have to use a
donotreply@company.com
and insert the account info in the "Bounce Email Settings". If he inserts the account info of his company mail address the module will search for bounced mails in this account. And he will get all the bounced mails in his ordinary inbox?
Is there any possibilty to insert a "reply to"-adress that shows up when a mail receiver pushes "replay" on the mail?
Please help me understand this.
Best regards
Mr Per / Norway
Enclosed PDF wich probably explains what I (my customer) wants:

First up, the BE can check any pop account for bounce messages. Why we suggest the use of a separate account like "noreply" is that the amount of valid normal mail in the account will slow down the BE when it checks for bounce messages. And "end users" are morons (don't say we said that) but they delete the bounce messages manually, when they come into their in box, then BE cannot see them.
So it is really as suggestion for having machine interface with humans better.
The reply to will not be used by SMTP bounce messages, so that suggestion will not work so well.
Best your train your guy to use our suggested method, and include a "Contact Us" hyperlink in his messages that will "mailto:emai@domain.com" to send a reply to their inquiries.
