Edit Advanced Site Map Settings in blank
(Venezuela)
The Edit Advanced Site Map Settings is blank. I can't configure the module.
I have DNN 5.5.
Thanks

The module requires that your server is configured to support Silverlight. Please have a look at this article to see how to ensure that.
http://www.interactivewebs.com/DesktopModules/iCRMKnowledgeBase/ViewArticle.aspx?id=KBA-01067-8Q0ZNL&ModuleID=2349&TabID=1585&Title=Configuring%20IIS%20for%20Silverlight%20Applications
The essence is that a blank page usually indicates that IIS is not setup to run silverlight correctly.

Thanks for your reply.
I don't think that GoDaddy have this option enable :(
Do you know something about at GoDaddy?
Thanks

Running Silverlight is no big deal. Just put in a support ticket and say you need to run Silverlight, and ask them how to get it going.

I am having issues getting the menu to work as well. I have installed the MIME types on the server, but that didn't seem to help. I am sure they were setup correctly because I am the server administrator and am very familiar with adding MIME types in IIS.
Any other ideas why I might not be able to get to the settings?

There has never been another issue that we are aware of.
Stupid question, but did you restart IIS and or the server?

This is a VPS with a Plesk 10.3 Control Panel. I have tried adding the MIME types via the Plesk Control Panel, following the docs on your site to manually add them to IIS. I restarted IIS, rebooted the server and still no luck.
The site is currently using DNN 6.0. However, I have tried this on a similar configuration with 5.6.2 and had the same problem. Do you know of any silverlight test app that can be placed on my servers to see if it works?

If you try to navigate to this file from external to you site.
http://www.yourdomain.com/DesktopModules/AdvancedSiteMap/SLSiteMap.xap
You should receive a download of the .xap file. By hitting it directly you validate that MIME and permissions are serving correctly. If it 404 or some other error, you can work to resolve that. I would expect it is MIME or permissions based issue.

I went to the url you provided, and replaced yourdomain with my domain name and I did recieve a prompt to download the .xap file. I assume, since I have downloaded the file that the MIME type is set properly? You mentioned a permissions issue? Any idea what I should be looking at now?
