Analytics Module
(United States)
Purchased the Analytics Module today. Completed the Configuration. Click test and get "Test finished successfully." However, when click update and report loads get "Unable to access the Google analytics account enetered in the configuration of this module. Please check these details and try again.". Am using the UA-xxxxxx-x code copy/pasted directly out of the Google Analytics.
The problem wound up being that was on https: site and running module on a page set to http:. Changing to https: allowed it to work. Just posting this to help anyone else who may encounter the problem.

Re: Analytics Module
(United Kingdom)
I have installed this module today on my dnn ver 5 website and all works fine for 4 instances on one page but the 5th instance will not function correctly and presents the error reported in the opening item of this thread "Unable to access the Google analytics account enetered in the configuration of this module. Please check these details and try again."
All instances are looking at data from the same google analytics account and none of the previousmetrics work on the 5th item.
All settings are identicle so Im confused why only 4 items work.

We have also found that the module does not support SSL pages. So please turn that off if you are accessing the page with https://
