Campaign groups not sending new emails

Hi, Guys.
1. I have a campaign group containing a single email.
2. After a week or two, I add a second email to the campaign group.
3. The new email is set to send "2 days after the previous mail".
This amount of time has elapsed immediately and, if my understand the system correctly, the email new email should send.
Instead, the audience is built but sending remains on "0%".
I have catch-up frequency set to 0 seconds and catch-up length set to 1000 years.

I have manually run the email schedule a couple of times, too.
I'm using Bulk Emailer 62.8.2.

Hey Ryan,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this one.
I've had a look at your screenshots and the date at which you got in contact with us on the forum and I just wanted to see if the message sent on the 28th of the November?
The reason I suggest the 28th is because 3 days from your initial campaign would have been the 26th, and then a further 2 days after that the second campaign would send on the 28th.
