Hi there,

We are trying to install the demo of the Positions Available module, however we keep encountering an error after uploading the module. Error can be found below.

Error reading the zip package - see below

Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm interested to know what version of DNN you are running.

Does the module install successfully other than the SQL errors?

You may need to run the sqldataprovider files manually. This can be done by loading them in the host --> SQL menu

The files are in the DesktopModules\PositionsAvailable\Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider folder.

If you are not familiar with doing that, thats ok. Technically they SHOULD be automatically run when installing the module and this is the first time i've come across this not executing.

Get back to us with your DNN version, i'll try to replicate and get back to you.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the fast response. The version of DNN we are running is 05.02.03 (74).

The module does not seem to complete installation as the next screen produces the following error.

A critical error has occurred.
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\HostingSpaces\***\***.com.au\wwwroot\Install\Temp\gqxho0dv\PositionsAvailable.dnn'.

Given this, is it still worth attempting to run the sqldataprovider files?
