There is NO height adjustment available on my Slide window software. Can you tell me how and where I can have uploaded?

The height is adjusted proportionally to the width. This is necessary because the images contained run with the large image top, and smaller window images at the bottom. Change the width and the height changes too.

Having trouble with the Picture in Picture for the video insert. I have added the viseo URL but the window just stays in the loading mode, any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong. Is there a video size restriction?, I have converted to flash videos for playback

It should be a SWF file similar to this one: http://www.edelman.com/flash/home/Dan_Edelman_06.swf
You can test with that, and ensure that you video is similar format.
