No data reaching Users Online Widget

No data reaching Users Online Widget (United States)

I installed the module on our site and on the Windows 7 desktop, but there is no data being fed to the widget. The widget itself is installed, just no data. BTW, 99% of Vista widgets run fine on Windows 7, so assuming that's not the problem.

There is no problem with windows 7. I am running that just fine.

It is likely that the users online host schedule process is not running on your dnn website. Have you checked that?

Also you should be able to browse the URL that you are pasting into the gadget. Ours for example is: http://www.interactivewebs.com.au/DesktopModules/iWebsUsersOnline/HUsersOnline.ashx?PortalId=0

Hi,

I can definitely browse the page fine. However, the only thing I find in the scheduler regarding the Users Online module is this entry:

DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.PurgeUsersOnline, DOTNETNUKE

I'm not sure if that's sufficient or not. Please note, that we have the both the regularUsers Online module (and Where Are They?) , as well as the Vista Users Online version of your applications installed. Would that cause a conflict?
