Outlook doesn't sync with DNN

Outlook installs the Sharepoint List connector, but it says it cannot find the list when trying to sync. No contacts appear in Outlook. Using the default module settings and DNN5.2 with Outlook 2010. Outlook version shouldn't matter, a Sharepoint list is a Sharepoint list. Suggestions?

Any chance you can contact us via the Contact us page on our site. Reference this post, and provide some host login details for us to take a look at what is going on.

We received your details and have had a look. Turns out your site is not DNN 05.02.01 but the DNN Beta release of 05.00.01.
This version of DNN was never a final release and as such we are not going to try an support it. I can't even begin to tell you the problems is is known to have. I suggest that you update your website to DNN 05.02.01 or above. We will be happy to look at what may be wrong after you have a full release version of DNN.
Incidentally I have just tested the module against DNN 05.02.01 now. There is no issues.
