We have had to make some changes to the Word Addin to be compatible with both office 2010 and 2007.

This is being rolled out in the normal update however may cause a breaking change with existing installations of the add in.

Simple fix is to uninstall the add in.

Then re run the setup.exe found when you click the link within the module.

A sample error you may receive is:

An add-in could not be found or could not be loaded.

As specified above, uninstall and re-run the setup for the addin.

Hello Steve,

I just noticed that after your changes, the upload button disapeared from my clients and my own pc´s (German office 2007 and 2010). I have just deinstalled WordEditor on my Laptop( Win7 Ger X64) and downloaded and installed the plugin again. The Icon comes back, but unfortunatelly clicking on the Publish button does nothing. (About and Check for Update Button is working) Can you help me?
