The module, as always, is built with an incredible amount of forethought to handle complex situations wonderfully!

I have a scenario where a DNN instance will have the same email address and same password on 7-15 accounts which have different usernames. 

If the user logs in by username, then there is no issue

if the user logs in by email address and password, then the advanced login module properly shows the user a screen where they can choose which account (that has the same email/password) the user wants to log in to.

The problem is that when the user clicks "login" nothing happens and an error message is displayed on screen.

the error displayed is:
A critical error has occurred. Please check the Event Viewer for further details.
though there is nothing logged in the event log other than
Login Failure 

I can see that it's not left the login page so it's just changed the view state of the module on the same page... I also can still see on screen below the error message the "Enter Log In Information" title of the module.

Has anyone else encountered thsi too?

to outline some more information,
- though this is DNN7.4 and using a skin with modern jquery/bootstrap in place, I did try to turn on the legacy jquery setting in the module so that it would load the older jquery 1.3x. That did not help, the error still occurred.

- I updated to the newest version of the module, 62.6.57 and the issue still remains.

- I tried to look for that particular "multiple accounts exist, please choose one" screen in the templates section but it is not one that is present for us to update. Should I do that in other code elsewhere? I would like to update the Login button to use the class dnnPrimaryAction.
