We use 45.xx verson on DNN 6.02.03 now update to last version 62.06.03 od module and  DNN to 6.02.04 but "actitvation5" page only show title...


Advanced Login 45.xx.xx  (for DNN 5 and later up to DNN 6.2)
Advanced Login 62.06.xx  (for DNN 6.2 and later)

After updating, we unistall module with bugs, and now its not possible register user in portal...
