Email tokens not being replaced

Using DNN 7.4.2 and subscription module 62.06.02
Emails going out are not having tokens replaced any more. Not sure when this stopped working. It used to work.
Customers are receiving emails like this:
Hi [username],
Your account at blah.com has been set up as a Pro user, subscribing on an Annual Basis.
Every twelve months, your PayPal account will automatically be charged [price][itemcurrency] to maintain this subscription.
Please retain this email for future reference.

Hi, I think with this it is best if you submit a support ticket from the bottom contact form on every page.

OK, not sure what version of the site you see, but there is no "bottom contact form" on any screen I am looking at. I have gone to the "Contact Us" page at the top right of the screen, and sent an email via the form there.
