Re: URL Referer in HTML EMail

ok, I hope I'm getting it clearer now:
When using the option "Capture Referrer" the referring url gets submitted in email - so far so good.
Now when opening the received email, the subbmitted url is not a hyperlink but only text.
Meaning when trying to navigate to submitted url I have to mark the url first and copy / paste it in a browsers adress bar, which is not very usefull with longer urls.
What is going wrong?

the second question is if it there is a token for the Captured Referrer / URL to use in templates for designing reply contents.
I hope now it is getting clearer.

Matthias

Hi, Currently those two features (referring url has hyperlink to that url & referring url as a token) are not yet implemented in our product.
We will have one of our developers work on this feature, so keep an eye out for a future release.
