I would like to have the feedback form basically as displayed onscreen emailed to the designated address.  That would include the labels and not just the inputs on the form.  Can you do that?

In my form I use Label controls to intersperse information among the data collection controls (text boxes).  LABEL controls do not make it to the e-mail.  The [Itemname] for the other control types make it to the email.  I suspect that is what you have here.  The LABEL controls do not accept text input so I had to put the desired text in the LABEL [ItemName].   What are the Detail fields in the XML schema used for?

Using your example I can see that the LABEL control "Site Contact/Access Time" does not make it to the email.  I would like all controls on the form to make it to the email.

We have in our latest release the ability to set a form item that is not shown but makes it to the back end. With this method it would be possible to set a label or any other item, and mark it hidden for it to push back with some default data.Check out the latest version.

I have 45.06.06 posted to your site 10/1/2011.  Why do you have to mark it hidden to get it to make it into the email?,  Then I would have to place it on the form twice.  once for the user and once for the email.  Counter-intuitive...

So how do you hide LABEL controls?  Not through the interface as far as I can tell.  I tried with an export/import of the forms via XML.  No great success there.  Why not just process all controls on the form?

Actually the hidden fields are for more advanced integration features for CRM. 

If for example you wanted to send a from to and MS Lead, and one of the lead items is "Lead Source" you can code the form to set that field as WEB, without having to put the field onto the page for the user to select. That way forcing the form to set the value.

Basically I was saying. We don't pass labels. So put another type of entity in it's place. Fix the default value and hide it.  Assuming that a label means that much to you.

So why do you not pass LABELS?  It is a valid control type that you allow the CUSTOMER to place on a FORM in your designer.  It is not filtered from the output to the collection form, so why filter it from the email?  I really just want my email to EXACTLY MATCH THE FORM that the USER FILLS OUT.  The control is valid for use in one place, the FORM, so it should be valid for use in the email.  

Have you hard-coded some business rule that excludes LABELS or empty fields?  Maybe that should be a user configuration choice.  An empty field an be a valid response.

Now you have PEAKED my interest with the capital text. Under what circumstances would it matter so much if you have a label in an email message or not?

When the user checks the box to send a copy to themselves, I would really like that copy to CONTAIN ALL OF THE TEXT of the form they filled out.

The module does not currently do this, and we have no plans to add it in our normal dev cycle.

If you would like to pay for this feature to be added, we can do this for $250 USD.

Please let us know if you wish to go ahead.
