Autoresponse is being treated as spam
(Netherlands)
Hello everyone,
When a customer fills in a form and submits it, there will be an autoresponse sent. However, the customers e-mail treats it as a spam e-mail...
How do I fix this?

There can be sevral reasons that a customers email system would see your stuff getting blocked. two main reasons.
1. It blocks on content. - This is easy. Change your auto reply content to be, well... less spamy.
2. It blocks spf - That is harder to deal with. It relates to the fact that your sending mail server is not associated in reality with your email domian. There are a few options here.
a.) send email via your domain smtp server, using authenticaion on smtp settings if required.
b.) register your DNS settings to correctly reply to SPF checks - google it!
c.) Use another "from" address by way of admin email account.
Basically, these are all related to the email configuration and SMTP settings. We have additional help available online for the SMTP settings at the product page.
