Different emails with different subjects/categoris

How would I go about to configure the feature that based on user input, the feedback form is sent to different email addresses? There is an entry of this in the FAQ but I dont understand the answer, is it a feature that is available now or something that might be available in the future?
Q3.
Can I change who the email gets sent to based on a user selection? My scenario is that I have feedback categories, and based on the category I may need the email to go to a different person. Thanks!

This feature has now been added in the change over to "Feedback Designer"
