When a file is uploaded via a form, where does it end up?

When the file is saved, it saves to the

portal home\SubmittedForms

If you do not click the option to save the forms to the database, then once the email is sent with the attached file, the file will be deleted.

If you have the save forms to database turned on, then the files are also saved.
