width of the form elements (Netherlands)

Hi,

Is it possible to adjust the width of the elements on the form like the textboxes, etc?

Sorry, I was to quick asking questions. I overlooked that item. It's very clear and simple.

I played arround with the module and I like it very much. It is nice to work with.

I wonder if the email message can be formatted in some way? I mean for example to insert empty lines between the questions, to make it a little bit more readable?
