For some reason, when a visitor Opts in to receive our mailings, they do not receive an email stating that they have subscribed. However, we do receive the "Subscription List" email with no issues and my SMTP tested good. They are showing up under the list with no issues BTW. Any thoughts on this?

Uncheck the email validation option. We are researching this. Are you email settings correct for email messages being sent as an SMTP authenticated user?

We have found that if reply to email is invalid, admin email is invalid, then this can fail as the outgoing smtp server will stop the message as spam. Please ensure you have valid data in the module.
We are also updating the module to have a fail safe address if all the data is no good.
