Site crashes with both 32 & 64 version files
(India)
Hi
The DNN version is 5.6.2
I first installed 32bit version of the module. The site was crashed after install. So i deleted ChilkatDotNet2.dll and the site is fine. Then i installed 64 version module. Then also the site is getting crashed. If if delete ChilkatDotNet2.dll the site is working fine.
Could you please let us know how to fix this issue.
Thanks

First thing that comes to mind is that you may have made a mistake. We have never heard of both files crashing the site. One of them will always, but both should not. Please just grab the manually extracted file in question, check the are different sizes to ensure they are different. And test again, just dropping it in the bin file and restarting IIS.

I am having the exact same problem. Both versions of the Bulk Emailer are crashing my web site. Did Dilip get this resolved?

Please check the manual for extensive help with this. It resolves around a single .dll file found in the /bin folder.
The file is specific to 32 or 64 bit websites. If you load the wrong one and kill the site, the solution is simple, delete the .dll file ( chilkat.dll referenced in the manual) and replace it with the other version.
