Hi Team,

The following SQL is running over and over and at each pass runs the CPU up to around 80%. In some cases it goes to 100% and the site App Pool closes down. I then have to restart the app pool to get the site back online:

SELECT ItemId, JobItemId, Attempted, FullName, Email, LastFailed, LastFailedReason, LastAccessed, IsCompleted, InUse,SMTPServer,NextStart,CampaignGroupId,BatchId
FROM iwebs_BE_JobDetail
WHERE JobItemId = @JobItemIdCurrent and LastAccessed>'2000-01-01' and 
  (  LOWER(Email) not in (SELECT LOWER(Email) FROM iwebs_BE_JobDetail WHERE JobItemId =  @JobItemIdNext ) )

Please help me solve this issue.
