Delete not working, bounce count grows
(United Kingdom)
Hi guys, We're have a few problems with the bounce email feature: 1) BulkEmailer continually increments the bounce count even after it has read the inital bounce email, the counter just keeps incrementing. I've got over 100 bounces to the postmaster address and only 3 emails in the POP3 box. 2) BulkEmailer doesn't remove messages when "Delete on read" is ticked (we know its accessing the pop3 because it re-discovers the bounced addresses if we clear the bounce list (might be related to above, but if different bounce addresses are in the account only the first one is discovered) I've followed the instructions in the guide carefully, we have no problems sending or accessing the pop3 account. I can telnet to the pop3 account from the web server and perform the delete manually without any problem. Any ideas? Kind regards, James
