Can Not Save Settings
(Jordan)
I purchased the module and activated successfully, went thru the dnncreative 5 video tutorials.
The problem I have it can
not
save the settings if I change them under the general tab and can not save tokens under template tab, although
It can load and save templates without a problem
In all cases it gives me
changes successfully saved
Installed a module instance under www.mydomain.com/login.aspx, and had the account login module (page editor view) in the same page. But not changed the default login page.
What I discovered if click on the core login button, your module appears inside the standard 6.x login popup, I am not saying it is a bad thing but wondering why it is happening, as I like to take control of it.
The login is on "normal setting.
my web portal is arabaviation.com
My module is 62.06.03 and my dnn is 6.2.2 ce

This actually sounds like a cache issue.
If the module is reporting that the changes saved, there is a great chance that this is the case.
I would suggest that you come back to the setting page having cleared the cache settings of the browser, including history. Then close and reopen the browser.
While testing the problem, you can turn off caching on the DNN portal host settings to see if this helps. There could also be some server based cache settings that are the actual cause of the problem.
We recommend setting up a second login page, with the module then changing the settings on the site admin for the login page.

cache setting from the module and page settings are OFF, but not the portal,
yess, i have the IIS (7.5) on static and dynamic compression enabled
The other point why is ALM comes up inside the standard dnn login popup. (6.x)
I have the module installed in mydomain.com/login.aspx, is it because it in on the same default dnn login page ?
I will disable the compress and restart the IIS later and see how it goes and keep you posted

If there is no joy, then pass us some host login details using the support link on this page, we can then login and take a look.

I disabled the dynamic compression from the IIS 7.5 control panel, restarted the IIS, still the problem was not resovled.
Another issue I noticed, I deleted the your module from mydomain/login.aspx, neither ALM nor he core DNN login appeased,
I had to restore the AL module from another PC which was logged in
It seem ALM took over the core dnn login :)
Will send you the host access to support link
Thanks

For others reading this, the issue related to a URL re-writer conflicting with the site / module.

Thanks , my issue was resolved as I had a url re-write rule on my IIS 7.5 server, I disabled the re-write and the issue was resolved.
Thanks support team for pointing out this issue!
Your support and follow-up was great
