Hi guys,
I have your module installed on a clients site, and while when i have my own personal email address set to receive the form data - it works fine, the client is complaining that they receive no emails from them. Their IT dept has talked with me over the phone as he wwatched the mailserver logs to see if anything came in, and it didnt. The module/site doesnt throw any errors, so im kinda stumped.
What can you suggest?

Sounds like your mail server requires authentication to send to external mail addresses, and you have not setup dnn to do this.
Look in our KB articles for "SMTP" there is good info there on the setup.
